Draycir’s award winning product Spindle Professional has been implemented by more than 1000 Sage users across the UK and manages the creation, dispatch and storage of statements, remittance advices, invoices, confirmation of sales, delivery notes, purchase orders and more.
 
Since becoming both a user and reseller of the product in 2005 Sense have successfully implemented Spindle Professional into a number of client sites, integrating with Sage, Datafile and SAP Business One.

The software integrates information from your existing financial and business processing software with marketing material, such as company logos, to create ‘form backdrops’ that can be printed directly onto plain paper. The finished product maintains the same look and feel as any pre-printed stationery, in terms of both quality and brand integrity, but at a fraction of the cost.
 
The software also aids companies through automating the distribution of large batches of accounts-related documents, such as statements and invoices. A pre-determined preference allows users to select from printed, faxed or emailed receipt depending on the clients personal choice and then automatically generates the relevant output. Faxes and emails can be sent at the touch of a button with complete electronic document storage, enabling quick and easy retrieval.
